it was amazing how it lowered my blood pressure. i was 40 years young during my pregnancy + doctors were having a blast looking for “anything” with me. i respect medicine + like to use them in case of emergency — in the meantime, i like to tend to my body and have as much knowledge as possible.

interestingly, with proper diet, i had no blood pressure or sugar issues — had a healthy 10 lb baby girl naturally. motherhood is like water to me. it hydrates my soul. makes me want to take care of myself better, so that i can be around for my lovie.
