- add ginger root + fresh lemon juice
- lime juice
- 5-6 chopped strawberries
- slices of cucumbers
- chopped cantaloup

1.5 liter is my regular water intake, some days I hit 2.5 liters. I use pre measured bottles to keep track – it helps me not to overdo which can cause electrolyte imbalance.
I kept my rising blood pressure in check while I was pregnant by drinking about 1 gallon a day w/ freshly squeezed lemons.
it was amazing how it lowered my blood pressure. i was 40 years young during my pregnancy + doctors were having a blast looking for “anything” with me. i respect medicine + like to use them in case of emergency — in the meantime, i like to tend to my body and have as much knowledge as possible.
